2Account & Sign-in
- Forgot password — on the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password", then enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
- Edit your profile — open the Profile tab to change your photo, name, city, or skill level.
- Delete your account — Settings → Delete Account. Full details on the Delete Account page.
3Abusive Players & Inappropriate Content
- Block a player — open their profile and choose Block. Blocked players cannot message you. Manage the list in Settings → Blocked Players.
- Report — send the player's name, a screenshot, and a short description to the email or WhatsApp above. We review every report and may remove content and suspend accounts that violate the Terms of Service.
4Meets, Tournaments & Payments
- Join & cancel — from the meet or tournament page. The cancellation cutoff and refund rules are shown on each event page.
- Payment issues — contact us with the event name and the time you paid.
