Deleted: profile (name, email, photo, skill, location), statistics & play history, chat
messages and uploaded photos (deleted or anonymized), club memberships, and event registrations.
Kept temporarily: transaction records only as required by law (separated from your identity);
backups are purged within 90 days.
Deleting some of your data without deleting your account
If you only want to remove part of your data and keep using Rumble:
- Chat messages — long-press a message you sent and choose Delete. It is removed immediately.
- Activity history — cancel your registration from the meet or tournament page.
- Photos, statistics, city, or anything else — email Rumble.padelleague@gmail.com from your registered address and state which data you want removed. Processed within 30 days.
Kept even after a partial deletion request: transaction records only as required by law (separated from your identity), and backups, which are purged within 90 days.
