1Data We Collect
- AccountFull name, email address, password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
- ProfileProfile photo, skill level, city/location, play statistics and history.
- Content you createChat messages, uploaded photos (meets, clubs, tournaments, teams), club ratings.
- LocationYour chosen city; precise GPS location only with your permission, used to show nearby meets/tournaments. Can be disabled any time in device settings.
- TransactionsRecords of event registrations and payments (amount, status, method). We do not store card/bank numbers.
- TechnicalPush notification token, device type, and technical logs for security and bug fixing.
2How We Use Data
To operate your account (sign-in, password reset email), provide core features (meets, tournaments, standings, clubs, chat, notifications), process event registrations and payments, and keep the app secure. We do not sell your personal data and show no ads.
3Sharing
Shared only with service providers the app needs:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)Servers and storage for data and photos (Jakarta region, Indonesia).
- BrevoTransactional email (account verification and password reset codes).
- Apple & GooglePush notifications via Apple Push Notification service (iPhone) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android).
- Payment providersProcess payments when you register for paid events.
Otherwise disclosed only where required by Indonesian law.

5Deleting Your Data & Account
Request deletion of your account and all personal data at any time:
- In the appOpen Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
- On the webOpen the Delete Account page and follow the steps.
- By emailWrite to Rumble.padelleague@gmail.com from your account email with the subject "Delete Account".
Your profile, photos, statistics, and messages are deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
6Security
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), server access is restricted, and data is stored on AWS infrastructure with access controls.
7Children
Rumble is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we find such data, we delete it.
8Your Rights
Under applicable Indonesian data protection law (including Law No. 27 of 2022) you may access, correct, and delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Contact Rumble.padelleague@gmail.com.
