1The Service

Rumble helps you find and join padel activities (meets and tournaments), join clubs, view standings/statistics, and communicate with your community. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.

2Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

3Acceptable Use

No impersonation, unlawful or abusive content, spam, service disruption, or attempts to access other users' data. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or account removal.

Rumble has zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive or illegal content and for users who harass others. You can report messages, players, clubs and photos from inside the app, and block any user at any time. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours, removes content that breaks these rules, and suspends or removes the accounts responsible.

4Your Content

You own what you upload and grant us a limited license to store and display it within the service. Do not upload content you have no rights to.

5Events, Payments & Refunds

Events are run by organizers (hosts/clubs); Rumble provides the registration platform. Fees are shown before you register and are processed by third-party payment providers. Cancellations by you follow the cutoff policy shown on the event page (within the cutoff, fees may be refunded per the event's refund model; past the cutoff or no-show, fees may be forfeited). If the organizer cancels, paid fees are refunded.

6Sports Risk

Padel is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness. Rumble is not the organizer of matches and is not liable for injuries, lost belongings, or incidents at venues.

7Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid through the service in the last 12 months.

8Termination

You may stop any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9Changes & Governing Law

Material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contact:
